The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks including answering phones, scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and performing general office duties.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner.
Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members.
Maintain filing systems and databases.
Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
Perform basic office tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, etc.
