Seeking highly organized and detail oriented administrative assistant to provide all clerical and office support to the Maintenance/Transportation department.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, creating and updating correspondence and reports, issuing and tracking work orders, scheduling resident transportation requests, coordinating driver schedules, and maintaining department documentation.
Qualified candidate must have strong organization skills, be able to multi-task and work effectively with interruptions, possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as be computer literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Publisher.
Position works closely with Director of Maintenance, department staff, contractors, vendors, and most importantly our elderly residents.
Full-time Monday - Friday 8am - 4:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
