We are seeking an individual who is hard-working, multi-tasking, adaptable, personable and eager to learn.

Experience:
-Medical office (1 year minimum required) Requirements:
-High school or equivalent (required) -Medical Assistant certification (preferred) -Medical assistant/receptionist experience -Organization skills -Basic proficiency in computer use (required) and -Able to work Saturdays Duties and
Responsibilities:
-Answering and responding to phone calls -Scheduling appointments and checking patients in and out -Coordinating with doctors and assisting them with various tasks -Calling insurance companies and/or doctor offices for referrals/prior authorizations -Escorting patients to patient room -EMR data entry -Sterilizing instruments -Stocking rooms -Assisting with taking X-rays -Cleaning and organizing room in before/after/in-between patients -Responding and fielding e-mails using Google Suite -Setting up tools and assisting with minor procedures Schedule:
-Tuesday to Saturday -Saturdays are required Work setting:
