Assist individuals with disabilities with their daily living and independence skills / personal care (may include assistance with grooming, bathing, feeding) Utilize curated plans to assess an individual's needs Accompany individuals to and from appointments and activities Foster a meaningful and empathetic relationship between the individuals and their community The IDEAL candidate will:
Be 18 years of age or older (required) Have a minimum of a High School Diploma/GED Have a valid driver's license Experience with the developmentally disabled or as a caretaker is preferred but not required Be empathetic and have a team approach to care for our individuals Have excellent written and verbal communication skills Be energetic, creative, and have a sense of humor Have a high level of comfort with hands on domestic care (cleaning, washing, assisting with hygiene care) How we pay:
Entry level with no experience has a floor of $19.
00/hr which increases based on experience up to $28.
