The ideal candidate MUST be highly motivated with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, organization and be dedicated to providing excellent customer service to our patients.
Additionally, the ideal candidate must be ready to take on additional tasks on an as-needed basis.
Responsibilities include the following:
Greet patients, check in process Scheduling and ensuring patients are accommodated in a timely fashion Answer incoming calls and confirming appointments Communicating with referring providers to request needed documents Insurance Verifications Preparing treatment plans and financial arrangements Safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality Act as a liaison between doctors and patients for treatment Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
High school diploma or equivalent Proficient in computer skills Problem solving Excellent phone skills Strong customer service skills If you feel you have all the qualities above and are interested in this position, we want to meet you!
