OverviewHackettstown Medical Center, a member of Atlantic Health System, is seeking a Full-time Clinician for the Behavioral Health Unit working. Shift varies.Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions:
Ability to develop therapeutic relationships with clients
complete biospychosocials
facilitate CD groups, individual sessions, family sessions
development of treatment plans
complete all documentation as per Policy and Procedures including progress notes, master treatment plans, treatment plan reviews, discharge summaries; case management
familiarity of NJSAMS and ability to complete diagnosis and LOCI utilizing ASAM criteria
precerting and completing concurrent reviews with insurance companies as well as the IME.
Through the model of Shared Governance, collaborate with all members of the health care team with a focus on promoting evidenced based care within a healing culture for the patient population served and their families.Candidate will demonstrate and embrace the PRIDE core values (Professionalism, Respect, Involvement, Dignity and Excellence) in every aspect of their job.
Qualifications
Education:
Masters in Social Work, Counseling or Psychology, at minimum
Required License:
LSW/LAC on track to obtain LCSW/LPC preferred
Certifications:
LCADC Required
