The Mars Five Principles - Quality, Responsibility, Mutuality, Efficiency and Freedom - inspire its more than 100,000 Associates to create value for all its partners and deliver growth they are proud of every day.   Mars Wrigley Confectionery is looking for an External Supply Chain Manager in Hackettstown, NJ   Job Purpose: This position is accountable for leading, developing, and engaging a team of External Manufacturing Supply Chain Analysts to deliver operational excellence in the efficient and effective management and execution of all external manufacturing production schedules, inbound and outbound materials delivery management, production posting & reporting, inventory and invoice reconciliation and the attainment of the KPI's.  Supply Chain Managers must have outstanding people leadership, analytical, and coaching skills to develop an effective and highly motivated Supply Chain Analyst team.   The role is accountable for the hiring, development, and management of multiple direct reports, and is responsible for cultivating and collaborating partnerships with cross-functional teams, and the development of external site relationships at the appropriate level to deliver best in class production and service targets. This role supports and enables related Mars Wrigley Confectionary NA priorities to deliver strategic initiatives and growth targets. This role is responsible for driving team engagement and fostering a high performance culture while role modeling the Five Principles.   Key Responsibilites: Lead, motivate and develop talent. Deliver team performance through associate engagement and follow through at above MWC 80th percentile. Ensure consistent delivery of raws and packs to 3rd party network to enable/ exceed schedule adherence, customer service, and growth targets through day-to-day task management Act as the single point of contact for 3rd party supply chain escalations. Deliver results through effective, accurate and efficiency in metrics reporting and trending. Identify and develop value-added efficiencies within the various systems/ tools that support production scheduling, reporting, and billing (i.e: SAP, Workflow, Accenture)   Context and Scope: Drive robust development and objective setting, and consistent performance management. Create collaborative relationships with internal cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver mutually beneficial results. Effectively develop and consistently deliver team engagement plans. Foster a culture of development, growth, learning, and empowerment of associates. Role model the 5 Principles in action. Enable supply chain continuity to deliver schedule adherence targets to production schedules. Provide visible leadership and problem solving perspective to enable an optimized inbound and outbound supply chain Provide operational leadership in EM MOS daily reporting that drives consistent metric reporting and corrective actions.   Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Planning, Business Management and/or related field is preferred.  5+ years of business experience including manufacturing plant/ operational leadership, commercial, logistics, or supply chain. 2-3 years management experience leading teams in an operational or supply chain discipline environment is required.   Key Experiences: Organizational agility and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to develop mutually beneficial cross-functional relationships, and demonstrated agility to successfully influence MWC associates both inside and outside the Supply organization. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges. Experience working with teams to deliver common goals. Ability to summarize key data and deliver effective presentations both internally and externally. Ability to lead and coach associates for supplier interactions. Effective problem solving skills Ability to identify and manage sensitive supplier and associate issues. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
